Under the Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan 2025, on day twelve, a free health checkup camp was organized on Sunday, September 28, 2025, in Madai village of Jaitipur area by Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital, Banthra, Shahjahanpur.
A total of 385 patients registered at the camp, out of which 10 patients were found to have cataracts, and their surgery will be performed free of charge at Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital, Banthra.
Free blood sugar tests were performed for 204 patients, and blood pressure tests were performed for approximately 96 patients. Free medicines were distributed to 300 patients, and discount coupons for tests like M.R.I., C.T. Scan, and other investigations were also distributed.
The health team and PROs (Public Relations Officers) also sensitized people to get regular check-ups and provided information about the Family Health Card, which is made by the hospital for ₹200 and is valid for 1 year.
